1st of all this only really affecting those who bought xbl gold yearly for 60 bucks, they are the ones taking the hug hit. Which I assume probably isn't a ton of people but enough....
Everyone else you are paying 1 dollar more a month or a few more dollars ever 3 months.
And if you have ultimate this doesn't effect you at all
With that said this is a reduction in options, so I'm 100 percent against it. It's a lame way to try and force people into Gamepass ultimate instead of just offering some kind of incentive for gold users to upgrade to ultimate.
However!
Ever single online service I've used has went up double the price since I started using them, from hulu being free and netflix being 7.99. to what they are now.
Either they go up in price or strip features away to the point it's absolutely pointless for the lowest tier to be paid for monthly outside of it being mentally pleasing for the consumer.
Pretty sure this is there 1st price raise since it started if I recall.

It's not a cooperate pitch that's their business. Xbox Live Gold is a worthless product. It should be rolled into Gamepass period. Hell the $9.99 Gamepass should include it at no additional charge.
