Some more details here:

-Game length is roughly 30-40 hours

-Endgame and multiplayer content confirmed, multiplayer dungeons, boss rush mode, rogue like abysses

-Game will have a flashy gameplay system that will be easy to look cool when playing but still will have depth in terms of your skill order and other deep action mechanics

-Will be a mix of Devil May Cry/Ninja Gaiden action gameplay with souls elements and semi-open world environment/progression

-No release date as of yet, major development started in 2022

-No price for the game determined at this moment (I would expect it to be $50-60 on PC and $60-70 on PS5)

My prediction is a 2027 release date.

▪️In early 2023, the team met with Sony where Shuhei Yoshida and Christian Svensson were excited by what they saw
▪️Investment from Tencent + "a lot" of development and marketing support from PlayStation
▪️Full development costs likely to reach about $55M
▪️The team's main inspirations: Bloodborne, SIFU, and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
▪️The main story is about 20-30 hours long with multiple endings (another interview says 30-40 hours)
▪️Endgame and multiplayer content confirmed, multiplayer dungeons, boss rush mode, rogue like abysses
▪️Former FromSoftware art director Michael Chang is on the team (worked on Demon's Souls and Dark Souls)
▪️Legendary action choreographer Kenji Tanigaki is working with the studio

Based on all of that I would put the release date at late 2025 early 2026.

Between this and where winds meet, we're finally getting the kind of Kung fu action game we never got in the previous generations

I was really hype for Where Winds Meet but the combat is looking kinda wonky, streams of the beta gameplay wasnt hitting for me.

My Chinese game list goes Black Myth Wukong, Phantom Blade 0, Project Perciever, and now WWM is tied with Wuchang imo
