Pete philosophies are outdated but he know how to build a culture and run a program which is what they need there more than anything else

Who do you think designed that defense with Sherman/Chancellor/Thomas? It was Pete if I remember right. If the Raiders draft right and keep Crosby, that defense might be a problem in a year or two.

I think the Steelers are gonna roll with Fields or Russ again in 2025, they didn't seem to learn their lesson

Pete's gonna be 74 by the time the start of the season rolls around. I think he's still got something on the fastball but I'm not sure I would've gone this route if I was the Raiders. NFL is a young man's game, both on the field and off it

He's about to be the oldest NFL coach ever and we just saw what happened to the oldest NBA coach ever ... huge stroke and he hasn't been seen since.



Coaching pro sports is way too strenuous for an old man, why not college or high school as an option?
