Once again, people find the money to get things they feel they need. Hence the reason your weed man stays in businessthe iphone,...that is one new item foo foo.
please do not tell me about jordans, either.
when if you were from the chi.
You would know wtf to do, if you wanted them for real for real.
plus jordans were not the only hot shoe like now.
they had numerous sellout lines or limited shoes.
that had high shelf price then, As well.
the internet only popular cause people broke as fukk.
they do not own a terminal in houses still.
only reason why you don't think it is a recession.
is people have ebt cards. Which was created to eliminate the visual of people waiting in lines for aid.
the whole world is poor right now.
if you from san fran. You either living well from the tech industry and an exception to the rule.
or you in poverty with crazy cost of living.

This.Malls as indoor general shopping centers are dying out. The ones that are surviving focus on a niche(outlet and/or luxury) and/or become indoor entertainment/medical/restaurant hubs.
Online sales only account for 11% of retail sales tho.Thing with many malls the rent is crazy, imagine paying like 5,000 a month in rent, then there is overhead staff salary etc. when most malls are dead Mon to Friday, so that's literally like 6 days a month to make all those sales.
When if you have a online presence you can just have a big warehouse and ship across.
Look at asos/boohoo/fashionova no physical stores but they make a killing.
If forever 21 had that method they would still be around.

Yes but when 10% of sales are diverted through another funnel you have to evaluate the viability of brick and mortar. That’s basically what is happeningOnline sales only account for 11% of retail sales tho.

both boohoo and Fashionnova have physical locations and we don’t know how profitable these businesses are
Which 6s you got from Flight Club and how much they raped you for? Just bc people are out don’t mean they are spending money. I bet less than half or even 1/3 actually had bags in their hands.Went to one of the malls in my city to see if I could find a pair of running shoes because I just got a new pair of Air Jordan 6's from Flight Club so I didn't want to mess those up. Anyway I usually do most of my clothing and shoe shopping online but I wanted to go running today and didnt want to mess up my new Jordan's, so I decided to go out to the mall today. instead ofwaiting to have the shoes shipped to me So I went to the mall and it was extremely packed. It was probably mostly teens in there. I swear if you came to my city you would think there no Mexicans, living here because it seems like the only time you see any Mexicans is at Walmart, working at McDonald's or at Construction sites, but there were a lot of Mexicans shopping at the mall today. They say America's malls are dying but you would think they're full of it , if you went to the mall I was st today. But I do remember reading an article that was saying members of Generation Z are more likely to do their shopping at the mall then online compared to Millennials who do most of their shopping online.
