Nah don't do Parker like that, he the greatest playoff point of the post-Jordan era. Playing with Tim definitely helps his legacy but he wasn't some scrub, he'd eat and if he didn't go to SA, he woulda developed into an All-Star elsewhere and his scoring prowess woulda been more on display...
Probably not 4 titles, but he'd have been good. Unpopular take, but Parker is a Top 15-20 point guard ever, his playoff performances are legendary, I dont know that there's ever been a more clutch point guard, to be honest with you. Maybe Logo and Magic? Parker's ability to perform in crunch time with all the pressure is up there with the best and shyts on every point guard of the last 25-30 years...
