It’s actually kind of team friendly
Very reasonable for both sides. Chiefs GM know how much Pat is getting paid the next decade+ and can budget around that accordingly. Pat gets major security. Win/win

Packers front office is trash. Big Difference.
If you’re a Raiders Chargers or broncos fan you are basically playing for second place in your division the next decade. It’s over
Coli accountantsTerrible deal for mahomes that bytch will have a 325 mill guarantee at most.
If he wanted to he could of demanded a 4 year 200 mill fully guaranteed contract from the chiefs or tell the chiefs he will sit out 2 years if he has to. Than sign a 8+ year 400 mill contract after the 4 year 200 Milly is up.
Mahomas has all the leverage in the world he shouldn't be settling for a average of 25-30 mill per season for the next 10 years
Watson should get a nice re-up too.
It depends on how well they draft - they're not going to be able to keep everyone(sounds like Jones is gonna be out the door now, might not be able to keep the Honey Badger long term).
Having a high level solution at the QB position is a very good start to any team, though.
Honestly, as long as they keep surrounding Maholmes with speed, I think the offense will, at worst, be fine. Realistically speaking, if they draft well, they can keep restocking on skill positions at relatively low cost as they lose players.
Biggest issue is, like you said, keeping the defense stocked. I could be forgetting, but it's not all that common to build a solid defense without having to dip into the FA market for at least one signing that's relatively costly.
Dak is looking at this deal saying "I like these figures Jerry!"
