Mahomes career will more than likely end up closer to Peyton than Favre. He will win multiple MVPs and probably 3 superbowls, the numbers and stats will be ridiculous enough for people to say hes the most talented QB but he won't ever be regarded as the GOAT.

Allen and Watson are both better than Mahomes :heh:

Not really a knock on Mahomes, all 3 are really, really good. But the pieces around Mahomes allowed him to have some team success that blinds a lot of people. Those same people are confused today but Mahomes rep is exactly where it was last week as far as I’m concerned. Talented kid with a bright future. :yeshrug: But he’s not the only talented kid out there.

No one will ever have a career like Brady again.

audible to a run on that dline:martin:

these nikkas couldn’t push a push pop, but they would all of a sudden be able to run block, never mind most of the defense was around the line of scrimmage, they had the luxury of playing two high safeties, because their front seven was doing work, where’s the blame on Andy or Eric for not coming up with different plays or perhaps his wrs for dropping passes
I agree about mostly blaming coaches but that running backwards at snap and playing scramble drill football in the SB ain’t it. Mahomes was playing childish games with grown men but he will clean this up.

No but he outplayed Mahomes by a wide margin. He did enough in the first half to win the game because Pat was shytting the bed.

they didn’t face the same defense, was mahomes dropping balls thrown his way ?? Did mahomes become the head coach or offensive coordinator and not come up with ways to get his wrs and te open ?? Or perhaps pat was playing o line and he couldn’t keep suh or the rest of the D line off his qbs ass in order to throw

So we just gonna write off the next 10 years of this guy’s career...Great :mjlol:

You guys try so hard and continue to make these dumb ass threads trying to sound smart
Already ready to kill his career and throw him in the bushes
The media came up with this stupid talking point and unrealistic expectations/goals about him being the goat so when he lost they could rip him and diminished anything he does going forward. You seeing on this site a lot of guys buying in to these talking heads points.

But they don't play each other nor do they play against the same defense. Mahomes hit Hill for a TD pass and Robinson but neither hauled them in. Brady's guys caught his. Brady's guys also drew penalties but Mahomes' did not. Brady was bailed out on an INT by an unrelated holding call that even Romo thought was unnecessary. The officials didn't call DPI on the DB who ran into Hill when Mahomes threw his first pick.

:comeon: You honestly think him running backwards was him playing childish games or perhaps it was because that d line was on his ass like white on rice, and no targets were open

but apparently this is all on mahomes because he controls all aspects of the game :unimpressed:

I don’t see the media diminishing him, he had a poor showing and I believe will get better at the mental stuff.

Very similar to Favre

Both QBs with ties to the West Coast coaching tree and offensive system. Andy Reid is Mahome's HC and was Favre's QB coach

Cowboys & Niners owned the NFC (Favre)
Pats owned the AFC (Mahomes)

both won SB at a young age

both had unusual arm talent

both were crowned by the media

both went to B2B SBs and they were favored in the 2nd SB...both lost to all time great QBs

Very similar career trajectory
