I haven't lost complete interest in Throne & Liberty and after reading/watching some of the latest here, glad I haven't. I continue to lose interest before I even have a chance to play this.

Played POE1 for the past 4 hours. Loving it. Think my body reaaaady :noah: for POEII. Been watching too many YT vids about it. Only games on my 'To Finish' list now are Veilguard and Phantom Liberty, need a break from both

Just got to Act 1 boss as a Merc.

I will say that they do need fix some of the attacks. It wasn't hard, but the AOE of certain attacks are too large.

It's like playing against a bad soulslike boss. Great spectacle, but a little ridiculous.

I finally pulled the trigger. Rolling a Monk to get started cause I hear it's the best all around. And I don't know how people play WASD. My brain fried on that second boss, the Devourer. I Dusted it the first time using a dual sense. But I wanted to try keyboard, so I reran the mud, not knowing that bosses respawn as well. Got him down to like 5% (with scorpions helping out this time), but my mind went blank. Death. Back to controller for me.

Gotta see if you can alternate keyboard and controller to chat

Monk for me was pretty fun and once I got a decent weapon and armor for survival the game became really fun. I’m on my second character now a merc and he is completely busted :wow:

I use controller on the PC. PoE 2 was made for controller, argue with ya moms.

Yea my last legitimate ARPG may have been D1, so I don't know shyt about shyt. Just going down the damage output line. Way too many options, but I'm not watching any guides to be spoon fed a God build.

I didn’t use a guide at all and came out crushing shyt, my last serious arpg was D3 I couldn’t get into D4 that shyt bored the fukk outta me.

With the ice monk it’s pretty self explanatory breh just don’t overthink it and you’re straight. But going with a build guide will definitely put you back into the swing of things

I think Im gravitating towards a lightening monk. That Hands+Falling Lighting combo is already doing some major dmg once i build it up. Coupled with bone minions.

I Never played POE1 and jumped on POE2 on the PS5 first day, shyt is addictive as hell. I'm running a mere and I just ascended to Witchhunter. I was thinking about Gemling but it sounds like you really need to know what you're going for with that, and I'm just bullshytting, playing and having fun. I'm on act 3 and I'm doing pretty well running poison galvanic gun and high velocity rounds. I'm curious to run a melee character to see what all the complaining is about, but I'm probably gonna run witch next due to her necro like abilities.

The graphics and smoothness on Ps5 look trash compared to the YouTube vids of ppl playing on PC, I'm praying that this is something that can be improved by the time the proper game launches.

Brehs, I thought I was already OP at level 10 cause I was slaughtering errrything. But

then I got to that old b*stard who lost his family. Sasquatch was given me fits. Around 5 deaths before I learned his telegraphs. Before him I was running through bosses. Even the two cemetery subbosses were light work (died once to Kraven). Alinia or whatever got slaughtered.

But that was only to prepare you for the Hunting Grounds. :whew: Had to harken back to my Everquest days, literally pulling and kiting mobs back to 'safe areas' to avoid the swarm.

Normally I'm not a fan of these 'thousand deaths' games, but this one is the truth. Only stopped cause my fingers are cramping up and I'm hungry as hell :pachaha:
