Well, using the same metric to measure rape of a female(Home Office/UK) and forcible rape(FBI/US) updated for 2016 since this source is out of date.
We see a much higher rate in the UK(74.4 per 100,000 ppl) than in the US(29.6 per 100,000 ppl)
