Eh, you gotta think, her and the President were super close after connecting at the conference. She had the idea and was able to make the underground reality. They haven't really gone into detail about her, but she doesn't seem like Elon where he's just rich buying ideas and companies, they want us to think that she's really brilliant. So she puts this together, it's successful, the President probably made sure she was in every important meeting, she's probably by default in charge of making sure that the new world she built works so that's an enormous amount of power.Elona Musk pissing me off, she's literally a civilian telling everyone what to do because she's rich af.
