Took the weekend off because i caught something that had my throat feeling like sandpaper. Gonna miss today as well and get back right beginning tomorrow

Took the weekend off because i caught something that had my throat feeling like sandpaper. Gonna miss today as well and get back right beginning tomorrow
Only got worse as the week went on. Not only missed the gym all week but also missed 2 days of work.

Doc told me to sit my ass down all weekend, im itching to get back in the gym :upsetfavre:

Been sticking with my workouts... Really pushing myself this week, rest day today and back/biceps tomorrow to finish out the week.

So after 2 rest days today was back/biecps

Wide grip pull-ups 3x10
Lat pulldowns 3x10
Seated cable row 4x10
Dumbell curls 3x10
Hammer curls 3x10
Seated Alternate dumbell curls 3x10

Felt like a beast today, that next rest really did my body good :lift:

Im trying to put on weight... My workout now is a 4 day split
Shaun's 4 Day Muscle Building Split Routine | Muscle & Strength

I like it so far, i feel like i hit my entire body. Ill upload a pic when i get to the crib tonight

Jumped on the scale yesterday...172 want to at least hit 180-185 and then lean down from there. I gotta start eating breakfast on the regular.

Also think i need to make Monday leg day, im way too likely to skip legs if i dont do them first

Haven't made a post in here in 7 years :huhldup:

Well after having a kid and being locked in the house due to the 'rona i blew up to 242 lbs :flabbynsick: as of late march


Made a legit commitment to myself that this had to change so ive been doing 3 mile runs outside (weather permitting) and slowing getting back into the gym.

Today im down to 220 lbs :ld: feeling much better mentally and physically

Going to do better about keeping this updated as I continue to work this weight off

Got in a good 3.3 mile run today before it go too hot.

Finally in the sub 220 range. My original goal was to get to 210 and see how my body looks and then really begin to go hard on the weights to build that definition. But im really enjoying running right now so I may keep the weights on the back-burner until i hit 200, we'll see.

I need to get my appetite together too, im not starving myself but im not really hungry the way I used to be. Some days I eat one actual meal and have small snacks throughout the day

im hype knowing im so close to my 1st planned milestone. Still not eating a ton but :yeshrug:

Gym all this week, weather in Atlanta is supposed to be ass for the next 10 days

The universe cut me a break today and I was able to get an outside run in :blessed:

I gotta cut down on the social activities these women love to get me liquored up

Shooting for all morning workouts this week to get my days flowing

I wasnt that active last week between the rain and having my kiddo during the week. Didnt eat that great either

Got 2 good runs in yesterday/today tho.

At 211 today and feeling motivated :yes:
