Took the weekend off because i caught something that had my throat feeling like sandpaper. Gonna miss today as well and get back right beginning tomorrow

Jumped on the scale yesterday...172 want to at least hit 180-185 and then lean down from there. I gotta start eating breakfast on the regular.
Also think i need to make Monday leg day, im way too likely to skip legs if i dont do them first
Haven't made a post in here in 7 years
Well after having a kid and being locked in the house due to the 'rona i blew up to 242 lbs as of late march
Made a legit commitment to myself that this had to change so ive been doing 3 mile runs outside (weather permitting) and slowing getting back into the gym.
Today im down to 220 lbs feeling much better mentally and physically
Going to do better about keeping this updated as I continue to work this weight off
