I got on the scale last week before a workout, came in at 179
Chest and triceps today
Bench 4x10
Dumbell press 4x10
Dumbell flys 3x10
Triceps extension 3x12
Overhead rope extension 3x12
Did 10 mins on the stairs, 15 mins on the heavy bag, and 150 sit ups

Leg curls 3x12
Leg extensions 3x12
Calf raises 4x12
