Had a really good workout last night with chest, triceps, and abs...

Im noticing my chest start to naturally puff out more, and my abs are slowly but surely coming in... feels great :blessed:

Legs keep cramping up on the kid during leg day :smh:

Back and biceps today, lets me leave the gym with my arms swole. Hoes be choosing :youngsabo:

Worked out twice yesterday because im a lazy nikka and put off my back/biceps workout.

But last night was chest and tris and my chest is where im noticing the most gains. I leave the gym feeling like i could shoot off a kamehameha if i tried

Finished leg day without cramping, did some extra streching and did my workout in a different order

Smh i skipped my last 2 workouts last week. Then to top it off i partied hard all weekend.

Chest day today, and im giving up smoking bud (day 1)

Chest day went smooth, i swear i cant wait for the weather to warm up.

Most def have noticed the biggest gains in this area. Legs tomorrow

Good leg workout today, threw in the bike and boxing for cardio, hadnt hit the bag ina while

Had a fast intense shoulder workout yesterday

I think im going to focus more on my upper body this month.

Back and biceps either today or tomorrow depending on how i feel.

edit: i'm at 190 and trying to LOSE weight but build muscle and i'm wondering if i can do this workout plan while treadmilling it up for an hour (i run for 30 miles at 6 mph and walk for 30 at 4 mph)

U probably could breh, i havent been going as heavy on the cardio as i should. Im going to up the cardio to lean out some, while i still lift to gain

So yesterday was rest day and i actually sat my ass down and rested. Combined with me being off the :smoker: for about 10 days now i woke up today feeling great.

Shoulders, and abs tonight. Might do some extra chest work too :lift:

Great workout tonight, could def some improvements vs last weeks shoulder workout.

Im also trying to drink water as much as possible, shyts harder than i thought
