Canelo was bigger, younger, and it didn't have to take the fight if he couldn't handle the agreed upon weight.Floyd fanboys used to run their mouth calling fighters catchweight kings or discrediting a fighter claiming their opponent was drained.. Yet wanna give Floyd FULL CREDIT for draining a young Canelo and fighting him at a catchweight in a division Floyd fought twice at with no catchweights so they came up with this fantasy where Canelo asked Floyd to fight at a catchweight.. He asked Floyd to drain himselfwhen Floyd was demanding it the whole time
If manny beats Spence and crawford he easily surpasses Floyd resume.He beat Manny though.
Plus he beat a young Canelo.
And more than that, he doesn’t have any blemishes on his record. Manny does. And I fukk with Manny heavy but no amount of successes is gonna make up for some of his failures, at least in comparison to a guy who has never even really come close to losing.

Spence did beat Porter and Danny back to back. He fought Mikey before he fought Porter and Danny. Spence best win is still Kell Brook, but whatever nikkas got they opinions about shyt.

My fault. You’re right. However. Thurman beat those guys first. My point is Thurman never got the acclaim Spence did after beating those guys. I myself prefer Thurman over Spence but that’s just me.
Oh and yes the Brook win was good but he was coming off being broken down by GGG with a fractured orbital bone to go with it. But I give him lots of props for going overseas to take his strap.
It should be noted that Bud gets tagged quite frequently. Look at all these shots landing on him. Imagine any of the PBC elite welters landing on him? Even little manny at 42 probably hits harder that this guy. Looks like was dropped too.

This really shouldn't be held against Spence though, it isn't held against other fighters hell it could be held against Crawford for his first title win, but nobody ever brings it up. Keep the same energy bruh, all I'm saying.
