They were. Nothing in this movie is walk out bad.
Fight scenes were dope.
Johns character wasn't a bytch.
Lot of corny jokes.
It still really nails the feeling from the first movie. It's a fun bright movie but it had just enough grit for there to be stakes.
Yet movie never takes itself seriously. It knows you came for giant monster fights and it gives giant monster fights.
My only problem was to much slow mo

Wasnt too awful... story had a lot of potential that wasnt used properly though
Script/screenplay a little clunky. Lot of corniness. Its obvious they trying to appeal to a younger crowd (to sell toys/merchandise). They could have made it darker and grittier like the first film but they sold out. Music and costumes were better in the 1st film
Johnny carried the film tho, good look for the breh. Fight scenes were cool and entertaining. Overall the movie could have been worse.
