Yeah standing, as far as seated goes I can do 255lbs (5 reps), and 105lbs each hand with dumbbells (6 reps) .
Seated is much easier than standing.
teach me how
I can only do 135lbs for reps (standing), my wrists feel frail as fukk whenever I do cleans or standing presses. i can't imagine doing 215, your core and shoulder must feel like exploding.
It's not that impressive, Im 226lbs, and was between 230-240lbs when I first pressed over 200lbs. My goal is to shoulder press more than my own BW though, I think I can do it now but not gonna try for another couple weeks.
If I had a rack to overhead press from then I could do more weight. Gotta clean it into pressing position though
