I did that a few weeks ago and I never felt that much burn in my shoulders burn. I was oh so nice....

Only problem is it feels like the most unsafe shyt ever. When I was doing it I was just waiting for some shyt to pop and I hurt myself. We ain't really messed with it since then.


I felt like that at first so I went light until felt I had the form down. :manny:

also check out klokov presses if yall haven't yet.. all the cool kids are doing those now. I been on standing presses for a minute now. Salute to anyone else who do these more than benching.

lol, i did 90# 5X5 and i felt like i was superman, lol. you guys are really putting in work! when i get to 135 5X5 that shyt will feel EPIC

My only issue with the overhead press is my wrists feel like they will snap at any moment, how do I correct this, I have tried wraps but to no avail

My best was 135 lbs for 10 reps. I was strong back in the day. :(

If I saw a guy taking up two benches and doing a weird-ass exercise like that, I'd be kinda mad.
I had to take the adjustable one from this dude today, sitting there doin dips:childplease:

Tried 75lbs. 3x12 for my hypertrophy day as my last shoulder workout. My form seemed pretty good...I'll see what I can do for my power day.
