Does anyone have a link or a Lehman explanation of this law? I get the gist but I'm trying to understand.
Is this going to require people to buy their own policies from companies that have specific plans for this already set up or just regular plans in general?

So...is it true now on tax returns they're going to ask you if you bought health insurance...and if not you're going to be penalized right from your income tax?

Nobody is up in arms about car insurance extorting money from people, but when its some shyt that ACTUALLY MATTERS like health care, people don't want it 
Most people wont need it because they already have some from of health care, and people without health care, actually need it, trust that...
Think about it like this....a person with DUI's, Speeding Tickets, and Multiple Accidents can walk in and get cut rate insurance with no problem....
But if I have a condition like lets say...Asthma, that I've had for a while, some insurance companies wont cover me at all....ask yourself...is that fair

Someone with asthma probably will have significantly hgiher medical costs than someone without the preexisting condition.
Those actuaries are pretty smart guys. If they can assess risk based on something like a preexisting condition, then usually their estimates are fairly reasonable.
I have plenty of speeding tickets and points on my License because I used race when I was younger, My insurance is 3x times higher than average. I don't know who these people are who are getting cut rate insurance with bad records but i'd love to know where they are obtaining these deals.

false. If there was demand for mass transit the market would provide for it.
It is because of the Freeway system created by the government that allowed for the sprawl that necessitated cars.
In that case, please give me an example of a market-based mass transit system.
Or are you seriously asserting that no mass transit system in the WORLD is demanded by its respective citizens? Because none of them are market based.
