If Kast was what you try to make them out to be, the whole notion of them doing a Verzuz against Tribe would be laughed to oblivion. How can they not be GOAT status? There's entire movement (a real movement actually) sparked by them that expanded beyond just their group and region. There are GOAT producers who learned from Q Tip and he helped shape other classics. Influenced even more.

Two different extremes but they both had that Native Tongue influence all in their music and as a result were gonna share some of the same fan base.
