and yes, other races have slurs e.g. Paki which they call themselves..

They don't use these words in the presence of other races..

If every black person in the world stopped saying the word nikka, how would that stop white people and racists from continuing using the word?

Black People using it isn't and never has been the problem, its white people and other races' entitlement of feeling the luxury doing whatever they want. I remember hearing a thisis50cent interview a blonde white pornstar and the fool kept calling her a nikka. personally im old school.
