You act like white surpmecaists can't pull up data to make black people look bad by putting a spin on it. In regards to that, what were the situations of the given custody battles? How incompetant were the mothers in those proceedings? What were the differences in income between the father and the mother? Between situations where the father won vs situations where the mother won where both were actually seeking custody, what did steps did the winning side have to take to obtain custody? Which states did these occur in? There is a lot of information that goes into understanding data. This is what I was talking about in regards to Destiny using data poorly and what I was talking about how people will cape for one side as long as it is attacking black men. Correlations without causation. The white supremacist way.
It's hypocritical really. Instead of truly parsing the information, it's turned into a shyt-flinging contest. This is part of the reason why you have guys defending JPT. They've essentially given up on the community. It's not right but it is what it is and it is unsurprising.
Destiny's content is not based in the Black Manosphere

He is quite entrenched within the manosphere. He has even shown up on JPT and has made a point to comment on this topic on multiple platforms and multiple other shows. He was talking to the No Jumper guy about divestors as well. He has taken to twitter to talk about black contribution to music, diminishing it and claiming whites came up with most of it and claiming that even Jazz and other forms of black music came from whites. We had a thread on it and everything. This was after he went manosphere. Moreover, he has a history of using the n-word (with an er) and defending its usage by himself and by extension, other people like him.

I want everyone to note this. This is how divestors think. They do not believe a good black man can exist. They believe that the issues of black men are inherent. Genetic or a reaction to a culture that, due to genetics, they created or poorly adapted to. This is why they advocate for the abortion of males. They also believe their femininity magically absolves and solves all issues related to this. They believe in an inherent genetic inferiority. Even more so, they reduce any possible "goodness" of a black man to a performative act that is based solely in how they can benefit from it and nothing more thus indicating that a black man is not good, just useful, allowing them to hold on to their previous idea of black men not being good but in doing so, they rob black men of their humanity and reduce them to tools, similar to white supremacists who refer to blacks as "outdated farm equipment" as a reference to slavery. So unless you are a slave or dead, you serve no purpose to a divestor and are not allowed to have thoughts, dreams, or considerations of your own, while others are not treated or have this overly-rigid, absurd, and obscene restrictions put on them. Proof of this is seen in Destiny being racist, being ignorant of black history, not viewing black history with any real understanding of the effect of white supremacy, and being all kinds of flawed but getting a pass for that. Other black men that have gone to bat for black women and are not given this level of grace since a good black man cannot exist in their minds and again, those black men have not done enough work (bringing us back to a performative based existence due in part to the original sin of being both black and a male). Ultimately, her, an people like her, favor is unimportant but I want you all to note this. This is important since it is a hallmark of these people and it guides how they think and how they act, and ultimately what sort of actions they take towards black males, including black kids.
It is common sense to understand that some good exists in most groups, even ones you distrust. But to assume none are good is a problem, to assume that none of your own people are good, this is a greater problem in itself. This is key and how divestor rhetoric is no different than white supremacist ideology.

You're wasting your time with her. Just look over any divestor discussion and you'll see the same talking points and methods. Even more, look at any discussion among white supremacists and you'll see the similarities.
