Most white people either don't really care about racism or accept it completely. A lot of the time they'll grow up hearing off the cuff racist remarks whether they come from their parents or a beloved uncle. Very rarely will you see a white person admonish another white person for the use of racist language because that means also turning the lense on their own loved ones. Many of you wont have seen it because it happened in the UK but there was a recent incident where a television presenter named Jeremy Clarkson was caught using the N-word. When white people were asked for their views on the subject they were almost defensive. Last year a notoriously racist comedian won Celebrity Big Brother here in the UK and the racism on which he built his career on was brushed under the carpet. More often than not discussing racism with white people is a fool's errand.

White people tend to defend this bullshyt because it's part of many of their upbringings.
