I just said fukk it and finally spoiled myself.
The thing with Bran being the "chosen" to be King is...why would Bran accept it?
Everything leading up to these final two episodes has been made to look like Bran doesn't give a fukk about being a lord, let alone be in charge of Winterfell, let alone being the King of the fukking 7 Kingdoms
Then again, I can already picture D&D at the behind the episodes for the finale.
"So with Dany and Jon out of picture we had to figure who was going to finally sit in the Iron Throne. One ruler wasn't an option, so going back to Season 7 and Tyrion's conversation with Dany about a more democratic system for choosing the ruler of Westeros, we thought it was the best idea to form a special Council".
"Regarding the King. We knew it couldn't be Dany because her arc was about the tragedy of her family. Jon didn't feel right, and he belonged up North. Sansa fought all her life to go back home, so being a Lady of Winterfell was her calling. We thought it was fitting that the character's who's tragedy started the war for the Throne back in episode 1 would be the one to lead the new version of Westeros".
