You are generalizing obviously without having a true understanding of what is really said. All of these laws you listed are from the Old testament. We were freed from following the Old laws once Christ paid the price on the cross. Using the old laws against Christianity doesnt really hold water, as that religion didnt even exist at that time.

Thoughts on homosexuality? That he without sin should cast the first stone. That while we were all sinners, christ died for us. That God cannot look upon any sin, so I dont tend to judge others when I have my own flaws and short comings and sinful desires I struggle with and lose to daily

Not at all. The old testament contains the history of man and notable events and people that shape what we know as modern day christianity. However "The Law" which was the basis of Jewish customs and rituals involved actions and works redeeming someone from sins and being cleansed by their own deeds.

Jesus dying on the cross simply made the Old law outdated, there is no more need to follow the law rule by rule to be instep with God. That being said the Law was only a small part of tbe Old testament....in no way can someone disregard the whole book or any of it from that matter
