All it proves is draft is most important thing. And Baalke been ass since basically 2011 with few exceptions.

Take Schneider, his trades are awful and Baalke looks like a bandit next to him because Schneider spent two first rounders and a pro bowl center for two wrs who hasn't had impact Quan's had. Literally the only good trade he's made was getting Marshawn.

Scheiders FAs are also unimpressive for most part besides Avril. Remember Matt Flynn contract?

Schenider would be in deep shyt if it wasn't for his crazy good draft classes(and even then he's had a few misses). And that squad went back to back to two superbowls.

Yes, you have to be good at drafting. If you can't draft, you better be good as hell bringing in impact players in free agency and trade and Baalke hasn't done that. Dude is good at acquiring picks no doubt. But if he's gonna bomb on them, who really cares? Flynn deal was bad but he drafted a good QB....and if he didn't get Russ, I'm sure he would have found a capable QB.
