Ih ih it's a waste of money? U Broke!
Your system will still be doing checkerboard 4k, especially as games start looking better which is where the ps5 will start to fall behind. Checkerboard 8k :bryan:

Gang gang, copped my 65 inch C9 for 1599 last Black Friday and been eating ever since :win:

My setup I’m only like 3 or 4 feet away from the screen the HDR is crazy :banderas:. I can’t wait for PS5 so I can get on the 4K Blu-ray train

I’m highly considering copping a 48 inch CX if I can get it for the low on Black Friday, perfect desktop/small room size :noah:

my dream is to get a 77 inch for the living room

Looking to get the 77 inch CX for the fall with new consoles. Just have to keep my bread up. Should drop in price later into the year also.

Looking at the comparisons between the C9 and CX series on Rtings the CX isn't worth buying over the C9
LG C9 OLED vs LG CX OLED Side-by-Side TV Comparison
C9s are going clearance now. My local Sam's Club has one for $1000. I wish I could cop but I have a 55in C7 and a 55in Samsung 4K JS9000 and that's just too steep to pay to replace my JS9000 which I paid like $2500 for back in 2015 and probably couldn't get $300 for now selling it.

What is there to do with 8K?

Not really alot of content except youtube videos. But when i played my xbox on it everything looked better cuz it was getting upscaled to 8k. The 8k videos look insane too. The upsalclaer works really good on 4k content avengers on it was godlike :banderas: I got the sony qled not samsung my mistake.

Your mistake was buying an 8K TV right now. When 8K content becomes more common your first generation TV will be way out of date. Kinda like those people that bought the early 4K TVs that don't even have HDCP 2.2 or HDMI 2.0 on them and they can't even get a 4K pic on Ultra HD Blu-Ray players. Also the prices will be much better.
