Man what!? Yall just saying sh*t to say sh*t. The Tatum hate on here is getting to nasty levels.

Just a reminder that around 70% of the Coli voted for the Mavs to win the Finals before Game 1 when nikkas started changing their votes

There’s never been genuine discussion around Tatum on this site since his rookie year. Threads claiming Kuzma was better, Ingram was better, Siakam was better, I think there was even a Lauri one.

Same nikkas that claimed the Celtics needed to blow their team up because Tatum & Brown were mental midgets that couldn’t win the big one

How about this?

Show me who you are and see if I won't have your family murdered in front of you.

I don't play this internet shyt, hence why my actual name is attached to my username.

Let's see how far you want to take this.
Look at this british internet clown yall. Threatening to rape and murder someones family because he’s a fukking loser.

Nobody goes through more waves of enormous love and hate with fans than Devin Booker :mjlol:

shyt is funny af because it's not like one group of people love him and the other hate him, but the same general public will love and hate him :heh:

That's the Devin Booker experience.

I ain't even mad at it. I know I'll go harder celebrating winning at dominoes harder than I will having successful project at work. When you with ya people it hits different and you can be your real self.
Yup, that's facts :wow:

Next Olympics will be the biggest test yet in the last 20+ years for this squad. It won't be as simple as just throwing a team together.

There'll be no overlap of generational talent (as it now stands) on the team, and countries like Canada and France will have superstars (in their prime), anchoring theirs. It won't be long before Wemby is running shyt, and we don't have anyone who can really match up with him. The greater influx of Euro talent coming through the NBA will shrink the talent advantage we have too.

We saw even an all-time stacked team weren't immune to the powers of the 3-pt shot against Serbia. A team only needs the 3-pt variance in their favor for just ONE game, and it's over. Which is kind of ironic given we needed the greatest 3-pt shooter that's ever lived to bring it home in the last two games.
It’s time to bring the 3 year commitment back

Agreed. People keep suggesting Tatum will have a monster season because of the "disrespect"/not playing, but I think Booker might be the one who takes a "leap" due to what he actually applied: Basically added prime Klay Thompson's skill-set to his game.

If it carries over to the NBA, it may not result in bigger base numbers for him but imagine his efficiency will go off the roof.

I mean I see the argument but it’s not like we’ve never seen it before from Booker, he was a 6th-7th man at Kentucky and wasn’t immediately the go to guy when he got Phoenix

If anything Booker will benefit this season from the Suns going out and getting veteran PGs this offseason and him no longer having to run the offense

Meh. Not really.

1- You are right to pinpoint Canada and France. But that’s it. No other country has that concentrated level of talent. Giannis in Greece was a non factor, Embiid couldn’t even play for Cameroon, etc. So when people say ‘the wOrlD caTcHin up’ it’s really overblown. The WORLD collectively is but individual countries are not. We lost to argentina 20 years ago. Battled with Spain 15 years ago. Where they at? They platuead if not fell off completely

2- Peopke talk about the 3 point shot like it’s new. Folk been talking that ‘the 3 point line is a equalizer’ for 20 years now

The talent gap is still large, very large. They still have no answer for athleticism elite guard play and athleticism. We just need less Cacalytics. We need less deferential coaches and GMs clipping our nuts and creating teams that give international comp a better chance. We really had Cam Johnson, Josh hart, mikal bridges, walker Kessler on the same team :dead: Why? Bc too many Cacs involved romanticizing ‘3&D’ guys and role players. If we follow the dream team path and add the best players regardless of ‘fit’, we dominate. The only reason we didn’t dominate this year is the stars are old, Kerr is an idiot, we replaced an all time 2 way player with derick white. We are still considerably better then these dudes if we do it right

Lebron was a de facto PG on the court and setting up people with some insane passes. Did you really compare what Tatum does to that? Tatum has shown improved playmaking when a team doubles him but not the ability to just straight up QB an entire offense when that doesn't happen.
bron is all time great true

jt is the primary playmaker in his role with the celtics

no it's not the same thing but he plays best as the with control of the rock

bron is ironman status tatum was not gonna get any steady run in a familiar role

haliburton also played less because he needs the pill to work best

I kinda agree. I'd still rather have a healthy kawhi,pg, or harden on thsi team than tatum or white. However the league is getting mroe international.

I doubt we’ll learn. It’s a lot of :mjpls: in charge

So instead of Ja, we’ll pick Jalen Suggs
Instead of Zion, we’ll pick Cam Johnson
