Actually Germany is lol

I'll never understand why you always send lesser teams to World Cup...
I mean, it's great to be a world champion lol

BTW USA Basketball should value World Cup more if they intend to continue dominating the Olympics lol

It would be great to see Steph at 2027 World Cup...

Congrats to everyone, good games!
This was fun...

Bron the goat
MJ 2nd
KAJ 3rd
Duncan 4th
Russell 5th
Magic/Bird 6th/7th
Wilt 8th
Steph 9th
Kobe 10th
Shaq 11th
Hakeem12th
KD 13th
Big O 14th
Moses 15th
Jokic 16th

Embiid and Luka got a chance to Crack the top 15. Jokic is likely to be top 10, maybe top 5.

Jokic got the best chance to break the top 5 of the active players

Relax big man. You might have been able to say this if he won this past year. But not only did they lose they lost to a younger team. Never a good sign. Bc Minnesota (and others) are ascending while Denver is descending.

Like are you high there is no path to top 5 he’d need to churn out a back to back to even start the convo

That top 10—with Shaq not Steph—-is gonna be hard pressed to pass. Like what is your logic for even having Jokic pass Shaq?! Crazy talk

I said it after the World Cup last year and I'll say it again after the Olympics. FIBA/IOC needs to expand to 16 teams in the Olympics. This was probably the best international tournament we've seen and the talent pool has grown significantly and will continue to grow. Teams like Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Bahamas, Croatia, etc... didn't even make it and they are decent teams with good NBA players.
True.

For Serbia it was more difficult to qualify than to medal...

You can spot a white boy (or overseas breh) a mile away :mjpls::childplease:

I’ve been on Noah’s side but THIS is the shyt I don’t like. We got room to care about 1 intentional tourney and that’s the Olympics. Don’t nobody give a flying fukk about a ‘world cup’. That’s the energy that people think Noah is on. That somehow the US players have something to prove and need to adjust to the international audience. Foh. Olympics is all that matters

And it’s especially offensive seeing as this concept is completely accepted in soccer: World cup is everything and no one cares about the Olympics. None of the stars play, just like nba and world cup

I posted on Reddit a few years and that white boy/foreign energy was nasty. Trying to make basketball operate like soccer. Very condescending. Don’t bring that shyt here. :ufdup:NBA champs arent world champs bc of simple common sense. But the barometer for world basketball excellence is the Olympics and the Olympics only. We the A side we dictate
