“Boy I tell you” “almost” “it took” :skip:

:umad: 5 golds in a row.

You say that yet I been listening to NBA Radio all day today and former players, coaches, and executives are all saying the same damn thing.

But of course they don’t know what they talking about either right? :mjlol:

The people employed by the NBA to cover the NBA have no clue what they are talking about when it comes to basketball. :dead:

Brown isn't needed. America has more than enough guards.

Next generation of development has to focus on feeding these kids so we can have our own Giannis Embiid Joker

I haven't seen one workout video of Hanlen or Brickley showing these kids how to post up. Trying to turn everyone into KD is annoying.
What u said, plus real point guards… it’s wild how many players can’t get the ball to the block or understand tempo of the game.

49ers..Braves..Celtics
Prime? How many times they made it to the conference finals before hand? When they finally got to the finals they were a better team than GS.. let’s not do this bro

Brush up on your history... Most top players don't win a title until they are 27 or older. Y'all beat a young C's team.. cool. Nobody took anything away from it. But now Brown is 27 and Tatum is 26. This is how it ALWAYS goes in basketball..

Fans opinions have value this is just false

Y’all idolize this man KD talkin like this
Give an example of the value of fan’s opinions that directly affect KD’s skill at playing basketball?

The truth is an offense, I’m a fan of basketball and is self aware enough to know that my opinion doesn’t mean shyt to these athletes

france will be very good
germany will still be good
aus should be decent
and canada has edey + that 7'9 kid that goes to florida
Unless he takes some monumental leap forward, I can't see him really ever being good enough to make those teams

He could maybe be a fringe NBA guy and has decent touch and coordination for a legitimate human freak, but I've watched him play a bunch and he doesn't look like he's gonna get to any sort of special level

Who should’ve got his spots then?

Because Paul Pierce never made one that means Tatum should be ineligible? What exactly is your angle?

1. His 1st team selections were well deserved but he won by default, and had no real competition for that 2nd forward spot. Giannas is a lock. Bron, Klaw, and Durant are old, cant stay healthy and/or play on shytty teams. If Embiid stays healthy, Tatum probably doesnt make 1st team this past season.

2. Ive said this many times but just because somebody makes 1st team in one era, that doesnt make them better than a guy who playee in a different era. Drop 24-26yo Pierce on this Celtics team the last 3 seasons, and he would make 1st team too. Alternatively, Tatum would never make 1st team in the 2000s.

3. I dont know what games you are watching but as a pure basketball player, Pierce is/was better than Tatum.

4. My angle is that Tatum isnt as good as multi-time 1st team players from the past. This is exactly why old KD and Bron are playing over him despite Tatum being in the prime of his career. He’s winning these awards by default but he not that level of player.

Boy I tell you, a win lets people feel a lot more comfortable with being an idiot.

A team of LeBron, Steph, KD, Embiid, AD, etc…..almost lost to Jokic and fukking Bogi Bogdonavich and yall in here talking about Serbia choked and all this nonsense.

It took LeBron having a triple double and Steph putting up 36 points to beat 2 players and some folks who drive Uber for a living.

:mjlol:
Just because you have more talent does mean you are going to blow out every opponent, thats a silly argument. Last regular season the Celtics beat Detroit in OT by 6 points, these were far and away the best and worse teams in the league and at that point Detroit was 2-28. Anybody can compete on any given night.

Curry low key turned into Ed Reed on that steal. He had to guard two players on that play and incredibly stepped out towards the open man deep after initially defending the open post player.

Amazing
One of the many incredible plays in that game no doubt :salute:
