OKC will not amnesty Perk. They will wait until the trade deadline and trade him. He is an expiring contract and teams are gonna want to snag him up just so they can dump that 9.5 million at end of season.

basically....the thunder have shown they care more about money than winning....as long as they getting money, they cool..if they win too, that's a bonus....

edit: to give an answer for the question - get a coach that would be willing to play some of the other guys on the bench...the team got talent, the coach just didn't try to develop them nor give them any confidence by playing them....

Perkins, Lamb and one of our 1st rnd pics for Affalo

A deal that I wrote about at the trade deadline still seems perfectly plausible: Wouldn't Perkins, Lamb and a first-rounder for Afflalo make sense for both sides?

The Orlando Magic get a $9.4 million expiring contract, some young labor which could perform above market value and another draft pick. The Thunder, meanwhile, finally get their shooting guard.


I would love this deal to be made ... Perk would be gone Lamb oh well and we get Affalo 18.2 ppg 42% 3pt
