Hulu, interface isn’t bad it’s just different from Netflix I think it’s a good looking interface, has a lot of shows that are actually on TV with a good amount of throwbacks as well and with my Starz add-on it’s my go-to streaming service. For the content and price point it’s unbeatable flat out the best streaming service.

Netflix, the old reliable right now it’s kind of light on interesting content for me but they get the most interesting movies, documentaries, and original shows.

Disney Plus, I got this for my girl and my lil niece I don’t watch it much honestly.

HBO Max would be #1 based on average quality of content, but the quantity of content is much less than many others and price point makes a big difference as well, so if I had to make a ranking based on quality AND quantity...
  1. Netflix
  2. Hulu
  3. HBO Max
  4. Amazon Prime
  5. Disney+ - would be higher but I don't give a shyt about the MCU or children's programming
  6. Peacock
  7. Apple TV+ or whatever the hell it's called. It's mostly useless.

It's interesting how many aren't factoring in stream quality/resolution. If you don't have a 4K TV it doesn't matter much, but it's something to consider when getting the most out of your TV outside of copping UHD Blu-Ray discs

Disney Plus - 90's and early 00's content.

HBOMax - More stuff than Prime

Prime - HDR10+, Good amount of movies.

Hulu - Veronica Mars....that's it.

Netflix - :trash:

I’m fine with regular HD. I don’t watch for the graphics

I have amazon prime but what is there to actually watch on this? The original shows I've heard of a couple of them with some decent reviews but I don't feel like there's a lot of content on this.

Prime had my favorite show (The Boys) and movie (Sound of Metal) this year. You should check them both out.

their Blumhouse originals were also decent (Black Box, Evil Eye)

I’m also hearing Steve McQueen’s anthology series about racism in the UK (Small Axe) was really good though I haven’t watched them yet

And that Regina King movie One Night in Miami (about Malcolm X, Muhammad Ali, Sam Cooke and Jim Brown) is coming out on Christmas Day I believe

I find Prime doesn’t have the quantity of the other streaming apps but the actual quality is a level above all of them besides hbo max. Normally when I watch a Netflix movie I’m like “eh, that was good for a Netflix flick.” Normally when I watch an Amazon movie I’m like “that was actually a good movie”

Content: HBO Max
User Experience: Netflix
Image Quality: Disney+ & Amazon Prime Video (4K UHD streaming included)

You don’t Netflix is king image wise? I have what I believe is a Sony 950x and original programming like Queen’s Gambit just looks way better than anything else

The movies aren’t at the level of HBOMax yet not as bad as Netflix....probably closer to Netflix levels
