It’s vague and not universally applied.

I wouldn’t be honing in on the violence mentioned (in lyrics unless it was so specific to be direct) as proof, but rather the many Blood references/calls, and the general prevalence of violent/arms in Thug’s lyrics to paint the picture of who he is from his own mouth.

Of course you have people like Ar-Ab though who hall monitor escort themselves into a prison, I’m sure police and prosecutors appreciate people like him.

That's just used as probable cause, to

A) take any guns they had off them

B) run them for warrants

C) take any cash over 10k or below sometimes

D) see if anyone will want to talk, if they grab them for a gun or warrant (this is how they got that one guy, Lil Woody)

E) Document them and their interaction with law enforcement, and do what's called a 6 Pack, which is tattoos, gang affiliation, all the info about them, neighborhood, family of origin, gang family

F) Who's it violation of parole or probation

G) see who's maybe high or drunk and under the influence of a controlled substance
