If DC is still rolling with glasses count as an adequate disguise they really can do ANYTHING after that.
Marvel could've did the secret identity thing as well but decided to scrap it. To each his own as long as it works :manny:In regards to the Clark thing in this DCU Superman has never really been seen up close and is always flying away so his face is rarely seen. Clark clearly isn't known that well as he's only been a journalist for what 18 months:patrice:?:manny:

Fam Clint ain't no damn Batman and way too old plus he doesn't give a shyt about this genre anyway. What are you even arguing? There's no 6'6+ athletic woman with an accent that can act on top of it:dwillhuh:

:snoop: The point isn't that Clint should play Batman, the point is that if they wanted an older Batman they could've made it work with an older actor.

And how do you know there's no tall athletic woman with acting skills just right for this part? At the time Christopher Reeve was pretty much an unknown before being cast as Superman, and it took many auditions for him to even get the part because the studio wasn't feeling such an unknown actor in such a big role. There's seven billion people out there, the right person always exists, in appearance and talent, the sacrifice is to be willing to invest the time to find them and have faith in them.

So what you're saying is that movies have to artificially make it seem as if Tom Holland can leap between buildings, but movies can't artificially make it seem as if an old man can do the same? What kind of non-sanctioned buffoonery is this?:why:

Because I understand that logically no one can truly do what spider man does. The point of batman is that with enough training this guy pulled off the impossible. Clint would need CG to throw a punch. Miss me on that

He turned himself in to the military during MOS, they all got a close look. Plus thru all his public appearances no one took a picture? Yeah, his co-workers who have definitely seen a picture of him should be like, "Wow, you look like Superman." At least jokingly.

Government doesn't give a shyt about his identity as they know him as Superman from their first meeting. I'm going off on what's been shown in the movies so far and Supermans pictures aren't really anywhere. They know him as Superman and Clark is Clark though they're both dead now:mjlol:How the hell are they going to explain him now unless he'll be Superman full time which is weird :dead:

So you say it is impossible what Batman does, but you can't understand that logically no one can truly do what he does?:jbhmm:

How about you miss me with your ridiculously increasing double standards for suspense of disbelief!:camby:

The government doesn't give a shyt about his real identity?! Wow. The American government gives 2 shyts of his whereabouts when he is not flying around?! Yeah, that sounds like the American government I know. lol

They spent a good portion of movie posting media clips of him on TV in Bats V Supes.

Glasses are not a good disguise. come on, man. Are you seriously arguing otherwise?! :snoop:

Not once did they hint at wanting to know who he is as far as a day job. Only that he have a leash for helping people and be held accountable in case shyt goes wrong. The Africa incident was what caused them to have that hearing. In Man of Steel the Col said to his face straight up he isn't their enemy. Not once was him having a secret identity alluded to by the army. They wanted him as Kal El to turn himself in completely bypassing his Clark Kent persona. He was asked at the end by The General does he have the U.S. best interest of heart after he smashed the satellite. The satellite was being used to track his movements.
