I listened to a wnba podcast and it sounds like people calling Paige a fake generational talent (I'm sure we'll never know by the injuries) but they didn't sound like they expected her to be a big mover in the league cause she is passive offensively.

On some real shyt, she not dominate like that on the offensive end, especially with her skill set.

She plays like current-day Paul George without a good shot. Not aggressive getting into the paint, settling for jumpers, avoiding contact.

She bricking just like all the other chicks while taking worse shots. 6'2, clearly more athletic than all these other chicks, but shooting like garbage?

She wastes her handle and bails out the defense taking those contested 3s and middies, which is crazy because of how often she'll get fouled when she puts her head down and gets the call. Been smooth averaging like 8 FTs a game, which is Angel territory.

She's one of the bigger guards bar none, but moves like she's 5'9. Zero reason to be settling for the shots she does.
