Nope. It means if Sky has a worse record than Dallas, they get our pick position and we get theirs. So at the very least we want a record better than them at the end of the season
If Chicago ends up with a higher pick than Dallas, Dallas will swap picks...So at best Chicago is getting the 2nd pk (If they miss the playoffs)....Even if Chicago picks 3rd they have a chance to fill the SF position with a big wing (Sonia Citron)
