Carter was the 4th overall pick in her draft class and averaged over 18ppg as a rookie. She's had issues with the teams she's been on which is why she bounced around and came off the bench the beginning of the year. She probably knows this is her last chance, so she's gonna be focused only on hooping.
Yea ik im only surprised because she seems very level headed this year outside of the one moment

Indiana was the 3rd worst team last year at 13-27. Only storm (11-29) & Mercury (9-31) were worse. Both of those teams are looking much better this year.

I can see Indiana winning 16-18 games this year. The worst part of their schedule is behind them.

Depends on how many wins her team gets imo.
That will play a part. I think Clark will get it, even though Reese might be more deserving. The media/talking heads want to really paint/show that Reese is jealous of Clark.

If Clark wins, and Reese feels slighted, she will say/do something shady and its fireworks.

That will be a weeks worth of discussions minimum.

Boston/Mitchell were both AllStars last season....Smith was the #2 overall pick...but yet Indy only won 13 games (3rd worst record in the league)........Indy is currently 6-10 with 24 gm remaining...If they go 12-12 the rest of the way they will finish 18-22...That's a 5 game improvement........If Indy also makes the playoffs Clark will win ROY.

The Indy/Chi gm on Sunday is a must-win for the Sky.....If Clark goes up 3-0 on Reese the media will push that narrative/talking point for the rest of the season....If Reese wins Sunday it's an even race.......Another determining factor in who wins ROY will be the voter demographic....What percentage of the voters are Black/White.....If the voters feel some way about Clark/Reese, that could sway the vote.
