Yessir!!! There are others that can get the job done, but you gonna pay 200-250 for a quality one anyways. For 279, you get the best on the market, and it comes with a 10 year warranty. Just make sure you get an authentic one, because there are knockoffs as well. If it doesn't come with a full 10 year warranty, it's probably a knockoff (with the exception of if your buying from a person).

Crockpot and some coconut oil.
Did it that way when I made brownies, threw in some extra dark chocolate and nuts. I saw Buddha off those.
