Movie just beat Justice League in worldwide grosses

Wow.... that’s crazy! That’s good for them.

That’s one thing you can appreciate and give props for Sony about. Whether good or bad, at the end of the day you can tell they actually cared about their comic book properties and didn’t just look at it primarily as an intellectual property to cash in on like Fox.

And that’s all one can really ask

Movie was so fukking bad. I think a lot of people in here are either easily entertained or just was high watching this shyt.

Like how can you watch something like Infinity War and Black Panther and think this is a good movie

Its all good though, different strokes for different folks.

I still think posting how much money it made is pointless, terrible movies make money all the time...There's 7 Transformers movies Like I said before...Amazing Spider-Man made money, Suicide Squad made money. Still garbage ass movies.

there's these things called popcorn flicks... mind numbing flicks.... "fun" flicks.... etc etc etc


you don't need everything to be amazing and walk away with "wow that was really deep and powerful and just a great movie"

sometimes you do want to just sit down, prepare your mind for some fukkery, and ENJOY the ENTERTAINMENT... that's what the critics miss every damn time. that's what dc missed. that's what a lot of people miss. forget belief, great plot, great writing.... remember the entire 80s action genre and most of the 90s too.. it was nonsensical entertainment, that chured out classic after classic.... same classics that were shyt on by critics and elitists, are the same movies that are "cult classics" and the people loved them


i tried to tell everybody in here.. stop overthinking shyt... it'll be an entertaining movie with hardy carrying it, corny jokes, some action, and venom fukkery.... and low and behold it was just that... and low and behold, not just the coli.... the WORLD is loving this movie. and it didn't need no big superheros or 20 million a film actors to get it done. shoestring budget and 1 star.

The success of this movie just shows that Venom is still insanely popular with teenagers and the comic book crowd. Spider-Man 3 was boasting record openings until that word of mouth kicked in and even with all that negative feedback it still is the highest grossing Spider-Man movie worldwide.

wait.... name one villain who got his own movie? suicide squad... where nobody did anything bad once they left training? this is new ground here.. let them build the shyt up... then cross that shyt over into spiderman with HIS next movie... and then start the sinister 6 up... or the symbiote war

i'm not sure what y'all was expecting.. more CGI trash for 80% of the movie.. where he finds reasons to expose his face to talk some more... we got tom fukking hardy... we bout to build this character with some actual character for the first time in history

Get a good script writer for the sequel and focus more on the Eddie and Venom relationship and how the birth of Carnage and his rampage impact their relationship. You got yourself a good start for the sequel.

Glad this movie is a massive success despite its editing and dialogue problems I really enjoyed this movie a lot.

Sony definitely needs to step it up with the writing team but I'm glad it's doing amazing
