This was alright. VERY light-hearted. Most of the jokes land tho. The screaming chick's performance was super hammy.

I thought the movie was good. Nothing incredible. It wasn’t long and drawn out. It was quick and to the point. A little more carnage would have been dope and if they were intertwined with more of the universe it woulda been cool but that’s how these movies go. I was entertained. Hopefully that wasn’t the last we see of carnage but I’m ready for Toxin

This is jarring to watch for me and other comic book heads because Venom was never meant to be funny. Eddie Brock was a cancer patient who wanted Peter Parker dead and faced issues ever since. That's not even getting into the later Venom hosts who are known for eating folks left right and center.
