It must be the quality of director/actors in that case. I think it also took a lot longer for this movie to be made, which might've blown up the budget.
@spliz the actor is definitely a bit on the softer side of Pac, even tho we all knew Pac DID have that poetic/sensitive side. Story wise it didn't really make him out to be soft, a bit fake in the sense that he was out of his element when it came to fukking with gangsters like Jack or bangers like the bloods /crips, but that's just facts
Actor definitely didn't struggled a bit with that powerful/aggressive side of Pac. He was better with the funny/softer side.

The movie tries to do a LOT.
Most of it feels like the second half of SOC, just skipping from event to event. Especially the first half hour, which felt forced as fukk (though some shyt like the Digital Underground scenes damn near steal the show).
Lowkey im most excited about the Digital Underground stuff. How much of Pacs music was in the movie? Do we get a lot of his music?
