The House has queued up so many bills that were carefully crafted that died in the House that they can just re-assemble those bills for the Senate to vote on. Shouldn't be a problem at all. The John Lewis VRA is already ready to go, and a relief package won't be far behind - Biden and the House can do the grunt work on that one.
But also, you're right. These people need to do their damn job.

- got a cease-and-desist order from the state for refusing to close her restaurant during Covid, then lost her food license
- expressed support for QANON during the election
- Tweeted "Today is 1776" before the insurrectionist riots
- Tweeted Nancy Pelosi's whereabouts during the riots
