funny how the eye witness says one thing in a 911 call, kelsey says one thing in her interview, now they're saying completely different shyt in court (from what i gather) along with megan lying about other shyt.

i think he gets found innocent because of all the lies. if he did it, he's gonna get away with it.....if he didn't congrats

Shortish clip here. But dude said on cross the prosecution asked Kelly if he saw Tory shoot the gun. He said "yes wildly shot 4 or 5 times in the air". Tory team then asked him "I thought you saw the girl shooting", He said yes but that was after/ it was wild or something like that.

The women are fighting. "I saw girl shoot/muzzle flashes coming from the girl (would be when Meg got shot)"
Tory tries to wrestle gun away. (He doesnt see tory actually take the gun because it's a tussle/dark)
Tory empties clip in the air so Kelsey cant keep using it against Meg.

Milgro or w/e said the audio they played in court of the gun shots goes "pop pop pop..............pop.....pop"

That's basically what I got from it. Witness also stated several times the shorter guy was in the truck when the first shots went off.

Apparently after Tory empties the clip, Tory/Driver/Kelsey stomped on Meg a bit, picked her up, contemplate throwing her in the river(they on a bridge), but decided to put her in the car. I'm not joking, this is legit testimony

Then when you reading a thread it randomly refreshes and puts you at the top. Several times I'm at the bottomish of a page where that happens and lose my spot, so say fukk it and leave the thread.
