From what I gather from the info presented at the trial so far, is it safe to assume that the plot is Tory fukks 2 friends, he flirts with Kylie, Meg gets jealous even tho she’s the 1 fukkin him behind her friends back… she tries to go off on him about Kylie and Tory gets fed up and exposes her to her friend in the car.. all hell breaks loose…. The 2 end up fighting and the gun came from Kelsey’s bag. They fight over the gun and thats when the shots rang off and her stepping on the glass was the aftermath since she was in a bikini…. I can’t piece together how Tory physically played a part yet cuz Meg and Kelsey’s stories have changed. The defense can always paint the narrative that what Tory apologized for was for fukkin both of em

Have texts from that night been presented yet? I don’t understand how no stories match up. Stories prior to the trail matched Meg now once trial has started, they seem to side with Tory… ppl say he paid ppl off like his money is longer than Roc Nation’s…. Somethin is off bout this whole case

Yea they showed the text of Kelsey saying "tory shot meg" to Meg's bodyguard(Im assuming it's the one that's currently missing).
They showed a text of Kelsey asking Meg if she should go to the ER because her(Kelsey's) neck and back were hurting.

They showed a text of Kelsey asking Meg if she should go to the ER because her(Kelsey's) neck and back were hurting.

So the witness that’s testifying says he saw the 2 girls fighting over the gun, Kelsey pleads the 5th, the bodyguard who got the text suddenly doesn’t wanna testify… like how do we know Meg really don’t know which 1 of the 2 shot at her and just placed blame on Tory cuz he the 1 she was mad at and they just stuck to that story lol but shyt idk… I’m just waiting to see how this plays out and throwin my theories out there a long the way for discussion purposes

She doesnt know who shot her, her back was turned when she was hit. She said her back was turned in the interviews she did with Gayle etc. I think when she got on the stand she said she saw Tory. IIRC though, her wounds dont line up with her facing them, but having her back turned. So yea, this trial has way too much going on.
