Yeah, it's not the actual 12 best teams in the world. It's the host nation, the best team in each continent, and then the best teams left.

That's one thing I hate about track, and you see it from the youth level on up, is that they all try to seem too cool to actually go all out. It's as if the name of the game is who can ease up the most and still win.
