Yeah, that's not at all how goaltending works

ball was not in the cylinder and had no chace to go in, that shyt happens all the time where guys grab shots out the air and it doesn't get called

You might be right. It could go either way, it's just hard to tell. I wouldn't fault at refs for calling that but I can fault at that player for making stupid decision when the game was on line but again......it's call "paranoid mode".....that's why March Madness is fun to watch

I wish the refs should let the play go. No calls at all.

What does "you can't call it live like that" mean? When should goaltending be called?

It should be called when it, you know, actually happens. The only way you can even make a case that it happened is by watching an above the rim replay in slow motion. Watching live, I don't know how anyone can claim that it was goaltending.
