That's my only gripe with Disney Marval movies, their jokes and the fact that I haven't seen one good villain. And I prefer GOTG2 over GOTG because it was a little more darker. The only movie I can think of that didn't have an abundance of corny jokes was Ironman
But the definition of a "good villain" is shakey.
Most if not all of Marvels villains did 2 or 3 things.... kill alot of people, beat up the hero on the first interaction, and atleast have a final battle against the hero for basically all the marbles per say.
The only thing that a lot of them didnt do was talk a lot, have a lot of cool dialogue or WWE Raw opening 20 min promo moments, or cute catchphrases that you can repeat for weeks later with your friends in PE class.
But its weird that the so called best villain over the last few years didnt even throw one punch at the hero, in no way was a physical match for him, didnt have a real final fight that pushed the hero to his limits... matter fact he got handle quickly both times he saw him. Oh but he sure did have a lot of cute shyt to say.
I dont get that. I rather see a fight than watch some guys talk... no matter how funny or cool the shyt he says is. Super heros and super villains are supposed to throw hands on the big screen
