Wait, how is Yen's story line in the same timeline as Geralt's? Because in Yen's the Brother & Sister are kids. And in Geralt's the king is an adult? Correct? So, Yen's timeline has to be further back than Geralt's.

So Yen's timeline in episode 3 is 30 years ago, correct? And thx. They should've just put the TEXT of the timelines on the episodes of each character, would have made it easier to follow.

Yeah, they should have added some context with the timelines. I think a majority of the negative reviews is because of it. But the season ends with the timelines synched up, so hopefully season 2 will progress linearly.

It’s a big bold swing to tell your story like that. Especially one with a lot of lore and mythology. Props to the show runner for going the route she did in terms of audacity but I’d be lying if I said I’d want her to do the same thing for season 2

Just finished the 4th ep and they make the time line a bit clearer.

In the scenes with Yen she says she's been a court mage for 30 years.

I see people saying they wish the chronological order was clearer but I kinda like how they did it. It makes you have to pay attention.

I'm on episode 4. This shyt is lit! Love the Mage assassin chasing Yen. And that creature attacking the wagon is dope. The monsters don't look cheap to me. What people talking about? I can tell they spent some serious money on the production of this.
