Netflix’s fantasy series “The Witcher” will end with Season 5, the streamer announced Thursday morning. It also confirmed that Season 4 is now in production.

Season 4 will be the first season with Liam Hemsworth replacing Henry Cavill as lead character, Geralt of Rivia. It was announced in fall 2022 that Cavill would be departing the show after the third season, which aired in summer 2023.

The writing alone reek of quick cash grab. When you hire nobody writers. This is what happens. Witcher had Atleast ten seasons worth of storylines. Hopefully, HBO will probably pick it up in ten years when the dust settles and give it an honest try

Liam will be fine I’m sure but he ain’t gonna be a difference maker. Cavill was good as Geralt and in the end that didn’t stop the show from sucking after season one. The writing is shamelessly bad and that’s not gonna change.
