This movie was masterful. When ppl had criticized the children de-aging stuff I thought it was gonna be bad. Turns out it's just usual coli nit-picking. I'm glad they can do this now especially for the GOAT actors.

It's his interpretation of cinema, you're suppose to like it or else you're just a nuance that should have his netflix revoked no matter how boring old cranky white people dialogue is.I can’t fathom how y’all are in here hyping this shyt movie.This movie was phoned-in-Scorcese through and through. It had zero punch, zero pace like a typical S film. And y’all have the nerve to compare this to and rank this higher than Goodfellas?!! If Goodfellas was 10hrs long, I’m on the sofa for 10 fukin hours. Took me 3 fukin days to watch this garbage and I want my fukin 3 days back...
doest come close to Casino,Goodfellas or The Departed but enjoyed it

Best part of the movie is the last hour. Leading up to the meeting w. Hoffa and his demise and the final prison scenes w. Pesci. I wish the movie moved more like that throughout. I went back and watched that final act again and thought it was done well.
Final score I give it 7/10. Good flick but so much could've been trimmed down and maybe a few more compelling scenes to make the film more satisfying. A lot of redundant dialogue, could've been tightened up more.

Being from Philly, I was invested in the characters
Frank really was in Detroit when Hoffa "disappeared"
Y'all don't know the cultural politics in Philly. Especially back in the day. Italians, blacks, Irish, Ricans, etc... The Philly mob was Black friendly and the fact that an Irishman became a made man is crazy knowing how prideful those Italians are.
the sequence about Cuba was all facts.
At Frank's award night, the love Frank Rizzo (former Philly mayor), accurate (ole'heads say he was racist but a great mayor).
the 2nd Hoffa fight at the meeting, hilarious.
this movie was an 8.5-9/10

I still hope someone can do a legit Outfit movie or series.
Seems the folks more educated on the story appreciated it differently.
I got no gripes except for a crippled Deniro puttin the beats on anybody

The ring scene was also deep..I couldn’t help but think it was a metaphor for their real life connection: Pesci, DeNiro and Scorsese ( 3 rings)
De Niro narrating in that old voice was a nice touch..it gave more feeling to an old man reminiscing about his life

Finished watching this last night, amazing. This really brought me back to when I was a kid watching the classic Mob flicks. Soundtrack was on point.
This was prime Pacini, I feel like I haven't seen him this good in years. So good to see Pesci doing his thing too, and Deniro killed it as he always does.
Scorcese hasn't blown me away in years but this was peak level cinema.

No way they would have been able to get close enough to Hoffa to clip him, he was super paranoid around that time. Frank did it. He might have embellished some stuff in the book but the Hoffa hit was definitely him
What happened? I’m not familiar.HBO didn't fukk up Boardwalk Empire the dumb ass Michael Pitt ruined it with his egotistical bullshyt and it messed up the main story line. He pulled the same shyt on Hannibal and got cut from that show... difference is they were able to move around him being in that role. Dude thinks he really is Kurt Cobain or something....
