because of Metatron kicking everone out of heaven that old favorites like Bobby, Rufus, Ellen, Jo and etc. make their return on season 10? And somehow this leads to the shows ending of sam and dean FINALLY reuniting wi t h their father?

Were never gonna see their dad back because Jeffery dean morgan costs to much. But honestly we dont even know if John is in Heaven. Back in season 5 when sam/dean went to heaven they met up with Ash and said he couldn't find John up there.
